Like David Brock of Media Matters fame, I saw the light about the Right. I was brought up with both conservative Catholic and fundamentalist Protestant influences. I logged a few years at Bob Jones Academy and University. Except for a couple of months in 1970, I did not attend a public school until my junior year in college. I was brought up to be a nice girl, to smile a lot, to obey God and the earthly authorities, to never complain about anything, and definitely never to question anything.
Things have changed. :-}
